Upcoming Retreat
Attention UR Debate!
I am very happy to announce that our 2024 URDU preseason retreat will happen on beautiful Lake Ontario (very close to Rochester) from Wednesday, August 21st through Friday, August 23rd! Since we have a cap on how many folks can join us, we will be accepting applications for attendance starting today and continuing until Friday, August 2 (so please fill out the online form ASAP so you're eligible for selection!) The most basic criterion for selection is your ability to attend the WHOLE retreat for the FULL two days, Wednesday afternoon - Friday morning. Specific extenuating schedule circumstances will be evaluated case-by-case, but we will be very hesitant to accommodate such requests since the retreat is intended as a whole, two-day experience. It is more likely that, if you cannot attend the whole event, you will have to sit this one out and try again next time. We will have more programming and training on campus once classes get started that will be open to the whole team.
We look forward to seeing everyone either at the retreat or on campus right afterward! It's going to be a fantastic season!
